Hospitality

Cambridge Dictionary defines hospitality as, “the act of being friendly when welcoming guests and visitors”. Hospitality is as old as time, and has hung around because it matters. It fulfills our most basic human need; to feel safe and accepted.

The Journal of Hotel and Business Management states; “Hospitable behavior is characterized by a positive orientation towards guests with enthusiasm, positive energy, and the willingness to recognize and meet a guest’s implicit needs.” Wow, I love that, it sounds- extraordinary.

At Lavender Lace Retreat, extraordinary hospitality will focus on intentionally creating an environment that offers a genuine human experience. A place to feel safe and accepted in any one of our events, massage & spa appointments, or getaway weekend packages.
